Step Into the Studio – Just Like the Stars 🌟

Let your child become the star of their own musical journey! This 4-hour immersive experience gives them the chance to record in a professional music studio, work with a real producer, and take home their own mixed band track.

    • Morning: 10AM – 2PM
    • Afternoon: 3PM – 6PM

🎧 Be The Band: Studio Experience

– 4-Hour Schedule

⏰ Total Duration: 4 Hours (timings below are approx.)

🕒 0:00 – 0:30 | Studio Tour & Q&A with Producer

  • Welcome students and parents

  • Guided tour of the studio (live room, control room, vocal booth, etc.)

  • Introduction to the producer

  • Q&A: How a recording session works, what the gear does, and the roles in the studio

  • Set expectations and get students excited!

🕒 1 hr  | Band Rehearsal & Setup

  • Assign parts and organise instruments

  • Warm-up and brief rehearsal of the chosen track

  • Sound check and levels set by the producer

  • Practice recording runs and prepare the group for a take

​

🕒 1 Hr | Recording Session

  • Record multiple takes of the track

  • Support students with timing, tuning, and confidence

  • Layer parts if needed (e.g., guitar overdubs, vocals, solos)

  • Encourage group focus and celebration of progress

  • Review recordings with the producer for final selections

​

🕒 30 mins | Mixing Demonstration & Listening Session

  • Move into the control room to watch and learn as the producer mixes the track

  • Show how EQ, reverb, compression, and editing work

  • Play the final mix for the students

  • Group feedback and reflection on the finished track

​

🕒 30 mins | Studio Photo Shoot & Wrap-Up

  • Take fun, professional photos in the studio and control room

  • Capture both individual and group shots (band-style and candid)

  • Debrief with students

  • Provide a takeaway moment (a copy of the mix will be sent after)

  • Confirm photo and track delivery details with parents
